1. What we process and why

• Contact form — name, phone, e-mail, message and an optional roof photo. Purpose: handling your inquiry and preparing an offer (pre-contractual relations, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retention: 3 years from last communication.
• Inquiry records — an internal list of received inquiries, same legal basis and retention.
• Analytics & marketing (cookies) — only with your consent given in the cookie bar (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), measured via Google Analytics 4 / Tag Manager. Consent can be withdrawn anytime by clearing cookies.

2. Cookies

Essential — remembering your consent choice (localStorage), always active. Analytics and marketing — loaded only after you click "Accept all".

3. Third parties

• Websupport, s.r.o. — web and e-mail hosting (processor).
• Elfsight / LinkedIn — the News page shows our LinkedIn feed; these services may process your IP address when it loads.
• Google — analytics and conversion measurement, only after consent.

4. Your rights
